Sharp is now number one in the run for the widest screen to have been manufactured as they announce a 108in babey!

That makes Sharp ahead of Samsung (82in) and LG (100in) with an impressive 108in diagonal boasting a 1920 x 1080 pixel definition making it Full HD. The eigth generation Black Advanced Super View Full-Spec HD LCD Panel comes straight out of the new plant in Kameyana.

We would like to mention however, that this humongous panel is still a prototype and was developped to serve as a technological display rather than for consumer use. It will nevertheless be at CES in Las Vegas.
