Trade supply AWE held their annual Expo and this year they showcased the new Onkyo TX-NR906 AV receiver.

The flagship product from Onkyo has built in ISF technology so all ISF dealers can not only get the best sound from the AV Receiver but now picture quality as well.

Ed Selley from Yamaha also showcased at this years event the new Yamaha AV Receivers. The new DSP Z7 which is the baby brother to the DSP-Z11 has all the great features but at a lower price. We were also treated to the preview of the Yamaha RXV-1900 which is due for release in October.

Pioneer were also at the event and gave us one of the first viewings of the KRP 500A a 50" Plasma TV with external video box. This product is only 64mm deep and is available through AWE to CEDIA members. AWE even offer a 5 year warranty on the Pioneer screen.

David Orchard from Philips talked about the new LCD that Philips has to offer including the new Aurea with Ambilight Spectra and active frame.

In addition to the featured at the AWE Expo there were also AWE exclusives from Cineversum with the Black Wing Two projector and CI speakers from Flatline Acoustics USA.

AWE was voted supplier of the year at the CEDIA 2007 awards and judging by this years Expo it’s easy to see why.
