CEDIA announces training course programme for 2006/07
CEDIA has announced details of the latest training courses on offer to designers and installers of home electronic systems.
Among the highlights in this extensive programme is a TCP/IP and Networking Workshop (28th November), Installer Level 2 (30th November), the CEDIA Technical Foundation Course (December 4th and 5th) and the Designer Level 1 Examination Grounder and Exam (15th, 16th and 17th January 2007) in a varied and packed calendar of activities.
The new programme begins on 20th November with a course entitled Introduction to Audio and Audio Calibration followed on the next day (21st November) with an introduction to Video and Video Calibration. A cabling infrastructure design and termination workshop will be held on 27th November.
All courses will take place at the CEDIA Head Office in St Neots, near Huntingdon. Information on any of the courses can be found at www.cedia.co.uk – bookings can also be made online.
In the past, the extensive CEDIA training and certification programme has only been available once a year at Expo. Now with a purpose-built training facility at its UK Headquarters, CEDIA can provide education support for its members all year round. There is capacity for up to 25 delegates at any one time and the training room is available to all members for booking and use at discounted rates. Overnight hotel accommodation is available close to the CEDIA office, if required.
