Dr. Chris Liauw, Founder, is the Designer of the innovative Curvi-Hifi loudspeaker called Model 1 Version 2, launched at the Sound & Vision Manchester Show 2009.

The Curvi loudspeaker, which took four years of development, is based on a full range drive unit from E J Jordan Designs. By using only one driver there is no need for crossovers so sound reproduction is fluid and very realistic.

The laminated birch-wood cabinet design is patented, and is not only artistic but offers particular acoustic advantages as the curved tapered shape avoids the inherent problems of sound reflection with conventional speaker cabinets, while the total length of 2.4 m, together with the special acoustic foam and damping, enables a fast and extended bass response.
