iMerge new MS-5000 Audio / Video media server (CEDIA UK 2006)

Get a sneak preview of the new MS-5000 Audio Video media server from iMerge. Steve Croft gives us a complete demonstration with the use of the different menus. Store both CDs and DVDs all on one device and view all in a user friendly format. Data, cover art and the like get input automatically via an internet connection. There are 4 audio outputs to have 4 separate zones going simultaneously. For the video, there are two hard disc sizes, one with 1,25 TB (1,250 GB !) for about 200 DVDs and a larger model that will hold 450 DVDs. And there will be expansion modules for those who have even more. It will be available mid-September which makes it the ideal ìHappy Few" Holiday Gift for 2007, as it has a quite reasonable (at least when compared to competition) price tag of $10,000. Also see their latest, fourth generation (!), audio server that is currently available in stores.
