Imerge demonstrate totally "FutureProof" 1080p audio and video servers (CEDIA EXPO 2006)
Imerge Chief Executive Dr Bruce MacAulay announces a range of new products integrating internet, audio and video capabilities. Building on their successful software, we see the new S5000 server with 3 terrabytes of storage, enough for 300 films. More servers can be added at will. This product is 1080p native, with 4 independent audio zones and is totally "futureproof". It has been designed for the future when HD is downloaded direct from the Internet.
