Yamaha network receiver, the RX-V2700 (CEDIA EXPO 2006)

Phil Shea of Yamaha introduces their flagship network receiver, the RX-V2700. The RJ45 port allows connection to your router which will then access up to 2,000 radio stations worldwide, podcasts and also music stored on any pc's connected to the home network. This model also has a USB port to connect your MP3 player. Finally, Phil demonstrates how the high frequency information ëlost' during compression can be restored with Yamaha's ëCompressed Music Enhancer' feature.
